02 — About
I'm Dirk — based in Cyprus, originally from Germany. For the last decade I've been building and running operational systems for small businesses: e-commerce, vending, photobooths. Some of it was mine; some of it was for clients.
What I've learned is that most businesses don't fail because the strategy is wrong. They struggle because operations leak time — manual exports, missed listings, broken integrations between tools that should have been talking to each other from day one.
That's the work I take on. Quiet, reliable, behind-the-scenes engineering of how a business actually runs. No agencies, no overhead, no buzzwords. Just systems that work.
